Usages of Plastic PP bags squeezing dryer and compactor
The plastic squeezing dryer and compactor is especially suitable for soft plastics dewatering and drying, such as
films and woven bags. The plastic squeezing dryer and compactor is developped based on the film squeezing
dryer machine. This machine has both drying and compacting function. The plastic squeezing dryer and
compactor can be used after plastic washing line. And it can also used to dry wet plastic separately.
After washing/cleaning the waste plastic film, bags, the plastic film, bags moisture is usually retain more than 30%.
So our team developed a squeezer to meet customers' needs. Through this machine, water and volume of the
materials can be squeezed to increase the quality of the pellets and the efficiency of the extruders.

After the Plastic Squeezer Dryer densifying Machine, what will the plastic looks like?
Through our squeezing dryer, washed materials can be squeezed to dehydrate water of films, bags flakes or fluffy stuff. The recycled materials become flakes or lumps . The moisture they contain will be lowered down to 3%. After being squeezed, these lumps or flakes with much lower moisture and higher density can be directly fed into pelletizing extruder.
