Applications:
This machine is suitable for recycling PE/PP/HDPE/LDPE milk bottle, oil barrel, car cover,
laundry detergent bottles, engine oil bottles, PP PE plastic containers, trays, tubes, pipes,
and other plastics etc.

Introduction to Washing System Design
a. Size Reduction Process
Inthis Size Reduction Process, Large materials are processed into small pieces.
The Size Reduction Process improves the washing result and makes the
finalproduct easy to be packed.
b. Washing cleaning process
Dust,sand, glue, label, oil and other impurities can be removed highly effective by washing process.This process combines high speed friction washing, floatingwashing tank, hot washing,
low-speed friction washer, spraying washer,and some other washing equipments.
c.Drying process
One of the last stages of the washing process is to dry the materials to aprocessing-capable
residual moisture content, which can be between 0.5 and 10%.
Centrifugal dewatering machine, pipe dryer and squeezing dryer is used to
remove themoisture in the wet plastic material.
