    ♻️ Squeeze-drying + Baling: Making Soft Plastic 

    Recycling More Efficient!

     

    Washed soft plastics—such as PP/PE films, woven bags, 

    and bulk bags (FIBCs)—typically retain significant moisture 

    and are bulky in nature. Storing or transporting them in 

    this state not only consumes excessive space but also 

    complicates downstream processing.

     

    To address these challenges, we offer a comprehensive 

    "squeeze-drying and baling" solution, enabling a seamless, 

    one-stop process that takes washed plastic from dewatering 

    to compressed baling.



    Recycling Solution of Washed Soft Plastics:

     

    Step 1 | Squeeze-Drying
    Washed plastic enters the Squeeze Dryer, where mechanical 

    pressure effectively removes moisture. Simultaneously, the 

    bulky soft plastic undergoes partial compression, resulting 

    in a denser material ready for baling.

     

    Step 2 | Conveying
    The squeeze-dried material is steadily fed into the baling 

    equipment via a conveyor system(Screw Conveyor), 

    minimizing manual handling and enhancing the continuous 

    operational efficiency of the entire system.

     

    Step 3 | Compression & Baling
    The baler further compresses the bulky PP/PE soft plastic 

    into uniform, compact bales, drastically reducing the material's 

    volume.

     

    Compressed plastic bales are easier to stack, load, and 

    transport; this saves warehouse space and maximizes 

    logistics efficiency.

     

    From washing → squeeze-drying → conveying → compression 

    → baling: creating a more efficient and streamlined soft 

    plastic recycling workflow.
