Centrifugal Dewatering Machine
This machine is mainly used for drying the different kind of plastic flakes. Such as PET ,PE PP HDPE LDPE, ABS, PS, PVC hard flakes, etc.
Features at a Glance
The centrifuge force originated from the main shaft high speed rotating throws the flakes and water together to the screen net,the water was separated through the screen net, while the flakes stay inside the machine. Then the flakes are sent to the next procedure. The bearing base adopts water-cooling structure, this design is good for the heat elimination and the decrease of the bearing's temperature rise, and then the bearing can last longer.

Uses and Features
The dehydrator is mainly used for the dehydration of the cleaned waste film, and it is one of the necessary equipments in the waste clinker film cleaning production line. The main shaft generates centrifugal force through high-speed rotation to throw the plastic and water to the screen together, the water is thrown out through the screen, and the plastic is sent out of the machine from the discharge port to enter the next process. The bearing seat of this machine adopts a water-cooled structure, which improves the heat dissipation efficiency, thereby reducing the temperature rise of the bearing and greatly extending the service life of the bearing. The spindle blades are replaceable, extending the life of the machine. The machine has the advantages of high production efficiency, good dehydration effect, convenient operation, compact structure, convenient cleaning, sturdy and durable, safe and reliable.
