PVC Automatic Compounding Production Line

This system is mainly used for the conveyance of powder materials.

It can be adopted in the negative pressure and positive pressure (thin phaseand thick phase),

the calculation of main materials and auxiliary materials, 

themixer and the collecting storage. 

And according to the site situation,it can be adopted 

the negative pressure or screw conveyance to divide materialsinto each hopper. 

During the whole period, the PLC central control will beadopted and the central monitor on the post as well.
The system will meet the needs of the production art demand and the presentcondition of the plant house.

The drawing trackapplication of the multi color computer display
provides thedynamic drawing of various equipment in the field of production.

AuxiliaryMaterial Measuring System:
This system adopts imported gravity sensor to measuring various 

small constituent additives in a accumulation measuring method accurately. 

Themeasuring precise is 0.1％.The measuring screw driven by Siemens transducer. 

There equipped withhomogenization device in the head part of the gauging rod 

to avoid themeasuring interference factor.
