The plastic pelletiziing line is a three in one recycling machine designed for soft plastic articles.
It could provide the excellent re-pelletizing and recycling solution for film, raffia, filament, woven bag and nonwoven fabric and other consumed / post soft or rigid plastic.
It mainly includes semi-automatic continuous production lines of belt conveyors, compaction bins, extruders, screen changers, water ring granulation (or strip granulation) devices, dehydrators, wind conveying equipment and storage bins.
Features:
3-in-1 granulating machine is equipped with compacting machine which pre-compact the soft plastic film bags into smaller granules, then easily feed into screw barrel of extruder, its efficiency is high and can improve production capacity.
