PET, polyethylene terephthalate (also knownas PETE) is a strong synthetic material that belongs to the family of thermoplastics,which means it can be heated, melted and cooled into many shapes and sizes.Made from a combination of oils and petrochemicals, it is popular inmanufacturing for the production of bottles and jars. In fact, almost allplastic bottles are made of PET. It is suitable for a range of beveragesincluding carbonated, still and dilutable beverages, juices and bottled water.

PET products can have long life cycles, areeasily recycled, and recycled PET is a valuable commodity with the potential toclose the loop.

Most market collection bottles consists ofsmall-format bottles between 330 cc (mL) and 1000 cc (mL) with a high-levelcontamination from PVC labels, sand, and abrasive materials.

The PET bottles recycling line have beencarefully built with the high-quality components, starting from the pre-washingmodule for removing labels

Subsequently, efficient removal of PVClabels is achieved with a combination of delabeler, wet crusher, frictionwasher, floating washer tank, hot steam washer, centrifugal dryer. 

The Regulus system is continuous process,not based on batches, where washing process water temperature, friction leveland resident time are automatically controlled and monitored by the system.

The plants are supplied on a turnkey basisor according to the Customer requirements.  Thanks to the modular construction, the plant can be fitted for existingfacilities.
