In order to solve this problem, we invested in an advanced PET bottle washing line.
This equipment system converts discarded PET bottles into clean, recyclable
PET bottle flakes through a series of steps.
🌟First, sorting is the first step in the process. Careful sorting is performed to
remove foreign matter and other contaminants to ensure the purity of raw materials.
🌟Next comes the crushing stage. Through the efficient crusher, the PET bottles are
crushed into small pieces, ready for subsequent washing processing.
🌟Then, washing and removing contaminants becomes a critical step. PET bottle
fragments go through multiple washing equipment, such as friction washing machines,
floating washer, hot washing machines, etc. They thoroughly wash small flakes, removing
surface dirt and grease.
🌟Finally, the clean PET bottle flakes are thoroughly dried to ensure they meet the
requirements for reprocessing
🌎Through this series of processing processes, discarded PET bottles are given a new
life and transformed into clean, recyclable PET bottle flakes. They can be used to
manufacture various products such as textiles, packaging materials, etc. This not
only reduces resource waste, but also contributes to environmental protection.
The PET washing line can quickly remove impurities in bottle flakes, such as label paper,
