✨Efficient Dirt Removal
We use washing systems such as rinse tanks to quickly remove dirt, grease and other impurities from the plastic
surface. The washing process ensures that each piece of plastic is treated evenly. This lays a solid foundation for
subsequent processing steps.
✨Powerful plastic crushing
The washed plastic enters the crusher for crushing. Our crusher is CE certified. It uses high-strength blades and
high-efficiency motors. It can crush plastic waste into uniform small pieces for further processing. This link can
quickly process a large amount of plastic, ensuring the continuity and efficient operation of the recycling line.
✨Efficient conveying
The washing line adopts chain conveyor and spiral conveyor. It further improves the conveying efficiency and
conveying stability. It can meet the conveying needs of large-volume recycling lines.
✨Efficient water removal
The crushed plastic flakes are fed into the squeezer through the screw feeder. In the squeezer, the extrusion
of the screw effectively removes the residual water in the plastic flakes. The plastic flakes reach the optimal dry
state, providing ideal conditions for subsequent processing and reuse.
✨Standardized packaging
The dried plastic flakes are transported to the baler through a belt conveyor. The baler uses automation
technology to achieve efficient packaging. Standardized packaging not only improves the efficiency of logistics
management, but also ensures the safety and integrity of plastic recycling materials during transportation.
